Project Overview

Already a successful and established brand, Silver Creek Outfitters hired RP to help find traction with a broader demographic by refining and strengthening the brand image. RP essentially acts as an in-house marketing department located just down the street.

RP and the team at SCO hold weekly in-person meetings where we review current and ongoing projects, set priorities, review key messages for the short-term, and determine long-term strategy. Between meetings, RP implements various aspects of the marketing program, including designing print collateral; supporting social media; maintaining and updating the website; and developing email campaigns. On an ongoing basis, we focus our attention on the customer experience, both online and in the store, constantly looking for ways to make improvements to an already highly customer-oriented program.
