Tugboat Group’s Institute branch hosts 3 major conference-style events each year for their membership, comprised of CEOs and Presidents who share a common vision for the sustainable growth of their private companies. Two conferences take place in locations around the country while their flagship event is hosted in Sun Valley, Idaho each spring. RP establishes the look and feel of each of these events—working up to 3 years ahead of each event to create cohesiveness throughout the years.
